What’s included
- Clean kitchen counters, sink, faucet, stovetop and backsplash
- Clean exterior appliances and accessible cabinet and drawer interiors when emptied
- Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, vanities, toilets, tubs and showers
- Dust reachable fixtures, vents, sills, doors, frames, baseboards and closet shelves
- Clean reachable walls when the finish allows
- Vacuum all carpeted areas and mop hard floors
- Final walkthrough of the agreed areas
The space should be empty unless another arrangement is confirmed. Cleaning improves presentation but cannot guarantee the return of a security deposit or correct permanent damage.
