- Vacuuming of carpets and rugs and mopping of hard floors
- Assessment of any buildup that may require deep-clean work
- A consistent room-by-room baseline for future appointments
If conditions exceed a standard first visit, we will explain any recommended deep-clean work and price before proceeding. No additional work is added without approval.
